Ingredients
• 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed according to package directions)
• 1 round or wedge of Brie cheese, about 8 ounces
• 2 Tablespoons raspberry jam
• ¼ cup chopped toasted pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the puff pastry sheet and place the Brie in the middle of the dough.
- Spread the jam on top, sprinkle with pecans and fold the dough over the top. Cut off excess dough and bake for 30 minutes. The puff pastry should be golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or apple slices.
Cooks Note: Substitute any flavor of jam you like, change the nuts to almonds, walnuts or pistachios or omit them.
