Ingredients
• 1 jar of spicy marinara sauce, divided
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 1 ½ cups shredded Italian style blended cheese
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
• 1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1 package (16 oz) of jumbo pasta shells, cooked according to package
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour half of the marina sauce into the dish.
- Combine ricotta, 1 cup of the shredded cheese, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese, chicken, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Fill each shell with about 1 tablespoon of filling. Place in baking dish with the open side up. Top with the remaining sauce and shredded Italian and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 25 minutes and serve.
