Monster Mash Snack Mix

• Serves: 30 one cup portions

Ingredients

Sauce:
• ¾ cup melted butter
• ¾ cup packed brown sugar
• 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract

Snack Mix:
• 1 box Rice Chex cereal
• 1 bag Bugles snacks
• 4 cups pretzels
• 1 cup candy corn
• 1 cup candy coated peanut butter candies
• 1 cup candy coated chocolate candies

Directions

1. Melt butter in microwave and add to a medium bowl. Add brown sugar and vanilla, whisk until sugar is dissolved.
2. In a very large bowl combine cereal, Bugles, and pretzels. Pour the sauce over the dry mixture and mix well to coat.
3. Line two large baking sheet pans with parchment paper and spread the mixture over both pans evenly.
4. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Add cooled mixture to a large bowl and add candy corn, peanut butter candies, and chocolate candies. Stir to combine.
